Here is WHY it’s com­ing to New­berry:    Expand­ing the Vision

“New­berry Town Cen­ter” will be a 105 acre mixed use devel­op­ment. There will be a Town Square as you come into the devel­op­ment slated to have enter­tain­ment in the evenings from the early evening hours until 9pm. This will be a walk able com­mu­nity with over 50,000 sf. of retail shop­ping and restau­rants. Golf cart use and park­ing are also planned for the Town Square and com­mu­nity. One and two bed­room apart­ments are planned for res­i­dents above the busi­ness areas as well as Town House Con­do­mini­ums on the East side of the Town Square.

A 150 room Hotel with ample park­ing and green space areas is included in the site plan as well as a Movie Theater.

Res­i­den­tial homes on the East and South will com­plete the development.

Con­struc­tion is expected to begin in the sec­ond quar­ter of 2012.
